Nestled amidst the serene beauty of Clyde Valley, the Popinjay Hotel greeted me with a warmth that felt like home. The exceptionally friendly staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, ensuring my stay was comfortable, highlighting their attentiveness with every interaction. My room was a lovely retreat-spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful atmosphere that was just perfect for reflection after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Strathclyde Country Park and the charming New Lanark World Heritage Site. I particularly enjoyed the indulgent offerings in the Dalserf Restaurant-a delightful place to unwind with a fine dining experience that I'd highly recommend. And for some leisure time, the indoor heated pool and spa treatments provided a refreshing touch, perfect for self-care. Whether you're journeying solo or with loved ones, I would wholeheartedly suggest the Popinjay as a peaceful sanctuary to recharge and relish exceptional hospitality.
